Crandall University’s Stultz Hall Earns 3 Globes

Architects Four recently presented a Green Globes certificate and plaque to university president, Dr. Bruce Fawcett, and Board of Governor’s Chair, Greg Cook. Stultz Hall meets the criteria for a 3 Globe rating (Green Globes NC v.2).

Begun under the original GG Canada rating system, Stultz Hall becomes the first of our projects to be certified under the new NC v.2 rating system. Crandall U joins the ranks of UBC, Carlton University, Mount Allison University, Queens University, Brescia University College, and Royal Military College in certifying the building projects under the Green Globes Canada system and appears to be the first university project completed in v.2. Architects Four and its directors have completed a number of “green” projects over its 40 year history, with many recent ones achieving either LEED or Green Globes Canada performance ratings.

Green Globes is an environmental rating system (http://www.greenglobes.com/home.asp) recognized in both Canada and the US. The project meets the criteria for 3 Globes under the new NC (New Construction) v.2 system.
