AC Stevenson and Partners recently moved into their newly constructed offices. Framing the corner of Pine Wood and Cleveland Avenues, the facility is a welcome addition to Riverview’s newly developed commercial sector.  Its three monitor skylights are a distinctive feature at the crest of its steeply pitched roofline, while the exterior’s local limestone volume is accentuated by sharp-edged modern metal-clad bays.  The building incorporates a number of sustainable design features, including locally sourced/produced materials, generous daylighting throughout and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) heat pump technology.
