Framing the corner of Pinewood and Cleveland Avenues, the 765 m² (8,230 sf) office building is a welcome addition to Riverview’s newly developed commercial sector. The single storey building blends contemporary and traditional forms. Its three skylights are a distinctive feature at the crest of its pitched roof-line while the exterior’s local limestone volume is punctuated by sharp-edged modern metal-clad bays with glazed insets.
