Architects Four was the Architect of Record for Phase I and Phase II of Villa du Repos Nursing Home. Phase I is a one-storey nursing home accommodating 126 resident beds of level 3 and level 4 care. Phase II is a 60-bed addition incorporating six separate nursing wings which radiate from the central core to total 14,930m² (160,705 sf). Current provincial standards were incorporated into the design which now accommodates 152 private bedrooms, 16 double resident bedrooms and 2 private bariatric bedrooms.
